General Terms and Conditions

All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of featured products.

Bookings

To secure a booking, you must pay an initial deposit of 20%. We will send you a Booking Confirmation by email, detailing type of room, arrival dates, number of nights and price. It is very important that you read the confirmation as any changes or omissions should be reported immediately.

Check-in Times

Check-in Time is normally from 2.00pm and Check-out Time is 10.00am on the day of Departure.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of a minimum of the value of the first night’s stay will apply to all cancelled or changed bookings not made by 2.00pm, 24 hours prior to arrival.

Bookings cancelled prior to 2.00pm, 24 hours prior to arrival will not incur any charges.

Your Responsibilities

You must look after the property. This means you must keep all furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of your stay. You must leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which you found it, save normal wear and tear. If you break these conditions we will make an additional cleaning charge and/or make a claim against you for repair or loss as a result of damage caused. You are expected to show due consideration for other people as well. If you abuse the property or display rude, dangerous or offensive behavior towards the staff or other third party, we can refuse to allow you possession of the property or ask you to leave the accommodation before the end of your stay. If this happens we will treat your booking as cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Pets

We regret that pets, with the exception of guide dogs, are not allowed.

Special Requests

Requests for cots and high-chairs must be made at time of booking. Whilst we will endeavour to do all possible to meet your request, it can not be guaranteed.

Lost Property

We arenot responsible for any loss of valuables or property left in or at the property during the stay or after departure.

Acceptance

By making this booking, you have agreed to accept the Terms and Conditions above. You agree to be responsible for the room(s) for the duration of your stay and have read and fully understood the Terms & Conditions of Chestnut Haven B&B.
